Community Sponsors Opportunity
We are currently on the search for sponsors to support our Carlisle community. Having multiple sponsors provides our PTA with the opportunity to focus a larger portion of our budget on the students and give back to our school. Below are our options for this school year.
Staff and Teacher Treats:
- What: provide breakfast or lunch for 60 people.
- When: Ongoing throughout the school year.
- How: Cost is dependent upon the restaurant selected. Sponsors will work with our hospitality team to get on the schedule and coordinate logistics. Please email hospitality@carlislepta.org to be a sponsor for staff treats.
- Why: To show the Carlisle Elementary team how wonderful they are! Sponsoring businesses will receive the same perks from the below sponsorship levels for their meal donation. EX) Business A provides breakfast for the staff and the amount spent is $400 so they would receive the Coyote Partner perks along with the Coyote Friend perks. - Muffins with Mom
- Donuts with Dad
- Field Day Volunteer Pizza Lunch
- Carlisle Elementary School Garden: (sponsors will have perks of whichever level chosen below and will have their logo on signage placed by the Carlisle garden).
*Businesses can select an opportunity to sponsor at any of the levels listed below. All opportunities are first come first serve and available on a limited basis*
Please provide us with a separate check for each sponsorship opportunity. Make your check payable to Carlisle PTA and write the event name in the memo line. Checks can be mailed to Carlisle Elementary (6525 Old Orchard Dr, Plano, TX 75023) or hand delivered to a PTA board member. Contributions are tax deductible, and a receipt with Tax ID can be provided upon request.
